These terms apply to all orders placed through Sillua. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by them.

1. The seller

Sillua is operated by an individual entrepreneur based in Istanbul, Türkiye. Contact: hello@sillua.com.

2. Products

We offer custom artworks generated based on the photo and style you choose. Two product types are available:

• Digital artwork: a high-resolution digital file delivered through your gallery page. Licensed for personal use only.
• Canvas print: a physical canvas, printed and stretched on a wooden frame, shipped to your address.

3. Made-to-order & custom nature

Every Sillua artwork is custom-made based on your photo and style choice, and the two product types rely on different legal exemptions from the statutory right of withdrawal:

• Canvas print: under Turkish law (Distance Contracts Regulation, Article 15/(1)(b)), goods made to the consumer's personal specifications are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. Your canvas is produced based on the photo you upload, the style you choose, and the composition you approve, so it cannot be resold to another customer.
• Digital artwork: under the same Regulation, Article 15/(1)(ğ), contracts for services performed immediately in electronic form, or intangible goods delivered to the consumer immediately, are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Your digital file is delivered electronically shortly after purchase.

Equivalent exemptions for made-to-order and immediately-delivered digital goods apply under standard consumer protection rules in most other jurisdictions we ship to.

We do, however, stand behind our work. See our Refund Policy for details on production defects, shipping damage, and remakes.

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are displayed in USD on our English site. Prices include applicable taxes for orders within Türkiye; for international orders, local import duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

Payment is collected at the time of order. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store credit card information.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and shipping details are described on our Shipping page. We ship canvas orders to the 37 countries listed at checkout; the shipping cost is calculated for your destination and shown at checkout before you pay.

6. Use of your photo

The photo you upload is used solely to create your artwork. We do not publish, share, or use it for any other purpose. You retain all rights to your original photo. We retain the right to the artistic interpretation we create from it.

7. Intellectual property

The digital files and canvas prints we deliver are licensed for personal use. You may print them at home, hang them on your wall, give them as gifts. You may not use them for commercial purposes (product sales, advertising, redistribution) without our written permission.

8. Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the order amount paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Turkish law, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul. If you are a consumer residing in the EU, UK or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection rules, nothing in these terms limits the rights you are entitled to under the laws of your country of residence.

10. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
