Can I see a digital preview before ordering?

Unfortunately we can't share a preview before ordering. Each artwork is hand-crafted from scratch around the photo you send, so it can only be seen after the order is placed.

But here's a risk-free way: order the digital version first ($20). View your artwork in your gallery, and if you love it, you can order the same piece as a canvas; the amount you paid for the digital will be deducted from the canvas price, so you only pay the difference. You see the artwork before committing to a physical print.

What exactly is the digital product?

It's a high-resolution, print-ready digital artwork made specifically for you. After your order is confirmed, you can download the file from your gallery page.

It's licensed for personal use, make a print at home, set it as your phone or desktop wallpaper, keep it as a digital keepsake. Commercial usage rights are not included.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

We don't. Because every piece is made-to-order specifically for you, all payments are processed online at the time of order. This is what lets us begin production right away and keep our prices reasonable.

Question 4

Can I return or exchange a personalized item?

Accepted Answer

Under Turkish consumer law (Distance Contracts Regulation, Article 15/(1)(b)), goods made to the customer's personal specifications are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. Sillua artworks fall under this category because each one is created from scratch for you.

That said, if there's a production defect, a printing issue, or transit damage, we'll either remake your piece at no cost or issue a full refund. Just write to support@sillua.com, we'll take care of it.

Do you offer revisions after an order?

We don't offer revisions. Each piece is created within the visual integrity of the style you chose, that consistency is part of what makes Sillua what it is.

This also lets us keep our process efficient and our prices fair. If something in your gallery doesn't feel right, write to support@sillua.com and we'll review it with you.

Can you use a specific flower or follow a custom request?

Our styles are designed around a specific visual language, so we don't customize color palettes, flower types, or composition based on individual requests.

If you have a preference, we'd be happy to help you pick the style that fits you best from our catalog.
