Digital artworks

Digital files are delivered to your gallery page within a few hours of order confirmation. We'll send an email when your collection of 10 designs is ready. After you choose your favorite, the high-resolution file appears in the same gallery for download.

Canvas prints

We ship canvas orders to 37 countries across North America, the British Isles, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. You pick yours at checkout; if your country is not on the list, the digital artwork is still available to you anywhere in the world. The shipping cost depends on your destination and is calculated and shown to you at checkout, before you pay — there are no hidden fees added afterward. Production starts once you select your favorite design from the gallery. Your canvas is printed at the print lab closest to you, so it ships locally rather than crossing borders.

Estimated delivery: 2-12 business days depending on your country, counted from the moment you select your favorite design. This includes 1-2 business days of production plus local shipping. Most orders to the US, UK, Italy, Portugal and Greece arrive within 2-4 business days; Australia, Canada and Norway can take up to 12. Your exact estimate is shown at checkout.

Digital artworks have no wait, they are ready in your gallery to download the same day.

Tracking

When your canvas ships, we send a tracking link by email. You can also check status anytime on the order tracking page.

Customs & duties

For orders outside Türkiye, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes. We declare the actual order value on the shipping documents.

Damaged in transit?

It happens, rarely. If your canvas arrives damaged, send a photo to hello@sillua.com within 7 days and we'll reproduce and reship at no cost.
